Our wine project with Leigh Street Wine Room was built on conversations had at the bar. Wanting to make a wine together, but ensuring it had depth, and purpose to exist.
Our release event was an important part to the project, beyond just a wine, it was about the ethos of sharing it with our friends. An interactive lunch across two sittings, with beautiful food, paired and prepared by Peter (the new head chef).
It was mellow, and good to talk wine and the world with everyone that came through for the experience. Thank-you to LSWR and the chefs and front of house crew, and to everyone who pulled up, we had a lot of fun.
