Stoke (Cassini) VineyardKangaroo Island
Originating from the coastal region of Kangaroo Island (SA). Lesser known when compared to the notable wine regions, but one we’ve appreciated in previous vintages for its unique cooler climate and high quality of regeneratively farmed fruit.
To differ from the common style of Syrah, the palette is effortless, with softer tannins. Choosing carbonic maceration to create energy in its expression whilst using closed vessels to trap the vibrant aroma.
A wine that’s oddly umami, with a nuance of both a delicate texture and a brighter style.
