By blending in some extended maceration, skin contact of the same fruit, there’s an addition of texture; some acid-intrigue. Plus spending some time in oak, for a rounded body, and a slightly more concentrated flavour.

Figured it was a welcome point of difference, a more unique offering, in an already saturated Riesling market.

A left-field Riesling, starting with a classic foundation at it’s core. The acid contrasting a creamy texture a bit oxidative — it made more sense that way.
