Mencia 2023

Deanery Vineyard

Balhannah, Adelaide Hills

A safe alternative is this aromatic, medium bodied Mencia, grown in the cool climate Deanery Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.

Its aromatics float between amaro and spiced cola, characteristically unique by the help of 100% carbonic maceration.

It sits nicely in the middle ground of weight, carrying quite a lot of spice, and a dry finish.
