Grenache Blanc 2022

Yangarra Vineyard

Mclaren Vale, Adelaide Hills

A series of experiments over recent vintages has led to ways of further capturing the primary fruit in unison with the tertiary skin contact characters of extended maceration, white wines. Using a colder fermentation with an extended time on skins expresses a balance of both.

Heightened aromatics with an expansive palette of texture. Seemingly layered, with a lengthening complexity.

Production was limited in volume due to unexpectedly low yields, so it’s one of the more scarce wines for this release.

An alternative to the conventional, for the love of new age, skin contact wines. Intriguing, with a hit of deep texture and vivid aromatics.
