Cinsault 2021

Sellicks Hill

Fleurieu Peninsula

A new and welcome varietal addition to the Moorak line-up, as there’s always been a focus on light and vibrant reds.

Whilst not as common to source as other light-reds, the Cinsault was the perfect candidate to join the list.

It’s easy to share and approachable - light and tight. With bright violet aromatics and a smooth approach through velvet tannins.

Made to capture the primary fruit, it’s a go-to — a light and candy, day drinker.
