Kongorong, Mt. GambierDuring Vintage ’21, four single vineyard chardonnays were each produced in a different direction and style.
This particular Chardonnay was grown from the volcanic limestone soils of Mount Gambier.
Lending itself to a leaner style, it was hand picked earlier, pushing a tight acidity and a crisp finish.
