Using the Chardonnay Clone 76, which when planted in cool climate areas like the Adelaide Hills, develops these bright, muscat characters. Hence the intensity and the tropical aromatic.
The end result is not your typical — with those muscat characters, it’s a Chardonnay for those seeking out something individual.
Also introducing Moorak Partners. Connecting and using the label as a platform, to present new projects. From artists to organisations, its a work in progress, used to communicate ideas, over a wine.
This release is with Jesse Schuppan, an Adelaide based artist and musician. His work is energised and bright, using bold colours, texturally shifted and blended.
