Spring Release ‘22 —
Day / Night Editorial
May 2021
Shot by Allan Mawer.
Each vintage there's a plan, new experiments, old practices. Dictated to by fruit allocations and never enough currency to create everything. But at the end of it all, that manic few months of processesing grapes through to ferment, the next few releases of Moorak wines is slowly set in stone.
Through challenge and change, each wine is part of an evolution of growth for us. Not just per wine either, but as a whole; the winery and new kit, the label and it’s partners. There was a bit of everything thrown at us this year, the textbook got bigger, the learning curve steepened.
This editorial was shot by Al. As the days get longer and the nights warmer, Al captured what the end point is, the real stuff, despite all the technical jargon. Wines best shared.
The first wines from the '22 vintage, our latest Spring Release, are now available — HAVE A LOOK.
