Adelaide HillsFinding the delicate space between a light red and rose, this blend is the culmination of multiple varieties from the Adelaide Hills: Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
Slightly floral and pithy, sherbet and sour cherry make it eccentric. Expanded with generous texture, brought about by lees stirring.
